Processing & Fulfillment

Each Sareta Ardore piece is carefully prepared and packaged with the utmost attention to detail. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

During periods of high demand—such as new collection releases or seasonal promotions—please allow additional processing time as we ensure every order meets the Sareta Ardore standard of excellence.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

At checkout, shipping charges are calculated based on your selected delivery method. We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

Domestic Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): FREE
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $25.00

Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped and may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier’s service.

Order Tracking

When your order departs our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours of shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout. Sareta Ardore is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is entrusted to the carrier. Sareta Ardore is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If your package experiences an issue, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to our customer support team at info@saretaardore.com for assistance in initiating a claim.

Preorders

Preorder items are made to order and will ship according to the estimated date noted in the product description.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the full order will ship once all items are available—unless the items are purchased separately.
