At Sareta Ardore, each piece is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to reflect exceptional quality. We take great care in ensuring every order meets the highest standards before it reaches you.

If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all Sareta Ardore tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date

Please note that items marked Final Sale or Made-to-Order / Preorder are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@saretaardore.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Carefully repackage your item(s) in the original box or a comparable protective package, ensuring all tags remain attached.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase following the standard return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Client Care team within 5 days of delivery.
We will prioritize resolving the issue promptly and ensure a suitable replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

All Final Sale purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes, but is not limited to, discounted, promotional, or limited-edition items.
